General condition of sales

Obilis SARL is a LLC n. with a capital of 7622,45€ created the June 1st 1994 located at 334 rue Saint-Honoré 75001 Paris in France. This company is registered at the Registre du commerce et des sociétés de Paris. The taxes TVA number is FR95395265457. 

The website www.obilisparis.com offer online a selection of article from multiple brands.

Object

Before any order, the client declare to know about the general conditions that are applicable to any purchase made from the website www.obilisparis.com. Then forth, when a client validate an order, the present conditions are accepted without reserve. 

Is considered a client any user having validated an order from our website. 

The client acknowledge entirely that no manual signature is needed to give the approval for the present condition.

The product proposed online on the website are described with photos, description and colors. We do our best to match the presentation to the real product with the best accuracy, however, we don't guarantee the exact correspondence. The pictures are not contractual. Some of our product are made from leather, gems and crystals. As those materials are from natural sources, it is normal that they slightly variate, not only by colors but also by textures. Thus, a small difference in color or texture of a product from the picture is not a reasonable reason to ask for a refund or a free return. 

 

Product, Price and Availability

Our product and our prices are valid as long as they are featured in our website and are in stock. In case a product is not available or out-of-stock, Obilis will inform the client as soon as possible by mail or by phone. The client can then accept the order with a longer expedition date when the products are restocked, or can ask for the product to be reimbursed 14 day after the notice. 

Our prices are showed in Euro €. We reserve our right to change prices at any moment, without notice or alert. The price applied are those showed at the moment of the validation of the order. Any price drop after the order cannot affect the price paid, as much as any price increase will not affect previous orders. Those price do not include the shipping fee and/or return fee, as they will be calculated at checkout. 

 

Order

To pass an order, the customer can choose to subscribe to the website www.obilisparis.com or can order as a guest. When a customer pass an order, a contractual relationship is established between the customer and our company that bind the customer to the obligation of paying for the product in the order and the company to ship them. 

The procedure of the contract steps are : 

1st step : selection and validation of the product, the color and changing the order. During this step, the customer can check on the basket, change the product, the size, the color before validating the order. 

2nd step : the customer must provide enough information needed for the shipping process. Any errors on the address can not guarantee the shipping process.

3rd step : the client must read and accept the sales conditions.

4th step : the customer can pass the order. 

The order is only valid when the payment is confirmed. An electronic mail of confirmation is then sent with the detail and the receipt that display the price, the color and the reference of the product. In case of a failure in the payment process, an electronic mail is then sent to the client to inform him that the order has been cancelled.


Shipping

Orders are shipped in France and internationally. Shipping fees can vary with time and with destination. 

Our shipping fees are personalized and are cheaper than the real fees. They do not represent the price charged by the shipping company. For any return, the shipping fees are paid directly by the customer at the shipping company's rate.


Risk Transfer

Our company's risk transfer are carried out during the handover of the order to the shipping company. The customer is responsible for any risk after the package has been transferred to the shipping company. In case of physical damage to the package during the shipment, the customer can contact us by electronic mail at info@obilisparis.com and we will consult with them to find a solution. 


Return

In case the customer wants to retract the order, he will have 14 days after the reception of the package to make the necessary steps to ask for a return. After the return is validated, the customer will then have 14 days to ship it back. 

The products must in the same state as they were shipped, they need to be new, unused and in its original packaging. 

When the product has arrived in our shop and has been checked and validated, the company will exchange the product or refund the customer the same way the product was paid. 

Customized and personalized product cannot be exchanged or returned according to the artcile  L 121-20-2 du Code de la Consommation : Le droit de rétractation ne peut être exercé.

Guarantee

Our company's product are guaranteed for any hidden default. In case the product is defective and can't be used reasonably or don't reasonably match the description, the client has 14 day to contact us and to engage the return's process. 

Every element on the website www.obilisparis.com belong to Obilis' intellectual property or to the brands Obilis work with. Any reproduction of the product, the images, the picture, the design or the description is forbidden except for personal use. 

The customer has no obligation to subscribe to the website unless they want to submit a special order.
